Make iframeable Lists of Groups with Short Description #24

Create an HTML iframeabe view grouped by skill level, and/or only certain skill levels (just beginner, just intermediate, etc) and allow groups like C0de C1ub and SC Codes to iframe those lists into their websites so they are dynamic.

We decided Skill Level was hard to set for most groups. Steven Shelato is going to fill out the new Short Description and use that to build the list of orgs on the library's site.

@pamelawoodbrowne put in a bunch of descriptions.

If you still want to embed something then let me know and we'll style it up to fit.
