Create a "Conferences" page / view of the Tech Groups API #44

The tech groups / organizations API includes both meetup groups, festivals, conferences, and code schools. We'll be classifying them as such and the API will allow for querying based on this dimension.

Here is the current view which groups by the type of group / org https://data.openupstate.org/organizations

SC Codes PHP students have a good base at https://github.com/magoun/sccodes-php-track-project

We have the Conferences broken out in their own groups at https://data.openupstate.org/organizations and https://hackgreenville.com/orgs so this seems to fit the initial vision of this issue.
