Similar concept, but in a different implementation. Note this is NOT open source, and we would not be standing up a site ourselves. A city needs to have 2 curators minimum, but I do believe (guessing) it has to have some auto-aggregation ability after being loaded with some URL's etc. The guy who built this does have a post explaining why he is for-profit as well as general outlook of how to be successful with community activism, etc.- a lot of similar ideas as CFG.

From one perspective, likely not something CFG would really pursue - but worth being aware of.
