CSS, HTML, and Pagination #55

Fixed html architecture and finished styling the pop-up.

Created pagination that @bikeoid and I discussed.

The dialog looks great! 2 questions: There is a plain text "Trolley Tracker Modal" div at the top of the page - http://yeahthattrolley.azurewebsites.net/ClientWeb

And a referenced striipped.js at the bottom of the page that wasn't checked in?

Sorry. They can both be removed. It's part of a hack i wrote to render the popup locally. :) I missed it.
