...sh login. seems issue was with LOGNAME,USER variables not set in default book. tried to set it in book environment but couldn't find way to set it permanently.so this is workaround starting vnc server via ssh.Now everything working fine. added sshpass package and LD_LIBRARY_PATH orginal plus your default.now working well as intended. apply this ASAP!
