unverified commit so files are showing empty #1

Hi @hackingthemarkets I noticed many of the files you committed are empty. I can see that you committed all of the code, but only the filenames of many of the files came through. Most of the files show 0 bytes. See the following image of /backtests/strategy.py

This may have been intentional, but I wanted to check first prior to trying to build the container. Screenshots are below.

Nevermind. I think you intentionally uploaded the empty files in the 'basic structure." commit
