Files were taken from here.

For those who don't know Asus is now selling and providing support for Intel NUCs.

Sorry for the ignorance, but why is this needed? also why do we need to update HDMI?

I included these files in case they would be taken down by Asus someday

Oh thank you for the clarification. Would you recommend to update the bios and de hdmi? My system seems to be working, but just wondering if is needed to have better performance

It probably won't affect performance, it's just bug fixes in BIOS, and HDMI FW fixed CEC support
