Cant get to installer on multiple macOS ver, restarts every time I get half-way through the bar (Tried Multiple Solutions)

• Tried changing cfglock quirks as that seemed to help others,

• I tried disabling the wifi & bluetooth kexts as I know they can mess with updates and installs,

• Tried disabling xhciportlimit as i know that can also mess with installs/booting,

• dmg/securebootmodel dont seem to be a factor

• Tried resetting nvram

• Tried going through BIOS Settings to see if anything there could be causing issues

This very same device used to be able to boot Sonoma but rn, it can't even get past the apple logo with loading bar for Sonoma :/ just restarts. I tried getting verbose logs when doing it with the 15 beta build but those were just kernel panics before and says it cant get more info because it was prior to loading anything or something? But still getting issues even on Sonoma

going to try online installer instead of full installer again to see if that works for sonoma
