alc257 T480 - try #1

https://github.com/xma/T480-Clover/issues/34 TL;DR @bugraduz reported that the sound was really bad after 1/2 minutes. I tested myself and it was awful

Then I've modified ComboJack for my computer (Lenovo T480 with alc257).

patch description

• len for array as global and unique- not hardcoded '3' at both places
• added id for alc257 : 0x10ec0257
• it's only effective in alcInit (boot/wake)

@bugraduz and me tested, it works really well !
