Fix - Solved issue reseting registration form when participants try to edit their registration info

Changes

• Fixed issue with registrations not loading the registration info when participants want to edit their registration
• Removed unnused and commented code
• Added country to education schema to save country information
• Modified default value for recruitment option when not-interested is selected
• Added missing fields to graphql query for myRegistration
• Fixed issue preventing /register to load when clicking edit registration from event dashboard
• Modified shareurl from /register to use BASE_URL to avoid hardcoded data
• Fixed multiple-choice custom field to allow null value and store an empty array
