Board Member Info it looks prepopulated with the Board Member information for the NC but it does not currently match what is on empowerment's site or this NCs site. Q1: Was that a manual process, or is it scraping the website from Empowerment or getting a feed from empowerment with that data. Q2: Will the info be updated automatically on an ongoing basis or will we need to update that manually.

I noticed only a couple of councils present, so I'd say it's a manual process and not updated.

See above.

Not updated automatically

Q1. Do they appear on the ncmanager.org site
A1: yes However this appears to be a manual process that can be started even before a meeting has happened. I clicked on another council's April 28th meeting and already saw minutes. There was only one single future agendas for any council up there. There were some from the past but many hadn't been used since last year.
Q2. Is there an API so that we can display them on the NC website
Didn't see any docs

Review of NCManager.org system revealed that website is not a comprehensive approach to alleviating Neighborhood Council's pain points.
