Problems in normal Startup but not in the Debug mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.normaly start of webiopi

WebIOPi version used?

0.6.0
Python version used?
=>
3.0
Distro used? (WebIOPi has only been tested on Raspbian Wheezy)
=>Raspian Wheezy

Raspberry Pi board revision? (1 or 2)
=>2

For Javascript side bugs, Browser?

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the problem that if I start webiopi in the Debug Mode all things work 
great without any problems.
But if I start this in the normal way some codes do not work.
This are the supbrocess.call codes

What do you mean with output logs ?
In the Debug Mode there are no Problems mentioned.
