Make docker container be able to run app with new directory structure #32

Directory structure was changed, need to run now applicatioin.py inside /app directory. How can we do this?

Fixed for build docker image here, https://github.com/hacklabkyiv/prismo/pull/36 also add the ci for build docker image .
