do you have changes in submodule that are not pushed? #2

"git submodule update" results in:

fatal: reference is not a tree: e79af897bdfe7b131806765c371d24aaca3f58e1 Unable to checkout 'e79af897bdfe7b131806765c371d24aaca3f58e1' in submodule path 'lib/mcad'

hmm, that is weird. We have this repo on 2 machines atm but I will try a fresh install when I can. Until then the missing submodule is the mcad library in lib/mcad which you can get here:

in fact if you have any ideas on how to fix the submodule problem please go for it and we can pull your fix!
