Add compatibility with Kubernetes 1.22+ #16

networking.k8s.io/v1beta1 is deprecated since 1.19 and removed since 1.22. It's replace with networking.k8s.io/v1

Fixes #15

As I read https://github.com/hackmdio/codimd-helm/commit/f4508fb735882a99fda4d68560409d5d506b7048 you don't want to support Kubernetes >1.22. Am I right @a60814billy?
