Missing option to delete guest note #1497

There should be an option to delete a guest note. Currently it is possible to go back to any version and the user has no way of deleting this. Imagine somebody accidentally postet personal/sensitive information and already sent the link to his work group. Currently there's nothing he can do. As far as I know in the EU the users have a right to delete personal data. If the personal data is in the document there has to be an option to permanently remove this data.

Until today I thought it should be enough to delete the content of the guest not (which I usually create by going to https://hack.allmende.io/new). But then I recognised the "Revisions" feature and couldn't believe, that all my undeleted/-able (but cleaned) guest notes are recoverable … 😳

Guest note can not be deleted by anyone since we don't know who created it and who owns it. The only way to delete it is from DB by admin at the moment. Do you have any idea how we can confirm the identity or provide a flow for this?

The best option from my point of view is to disable anonymous can create note.
