sandbox.civicpdx.org is there to give a friendly domain name to the API Gateway resources, which currently only includes the "Sandbox-v1" Lambda function
_af29dd9bbcad31f1897b0d48657c7e3a.sandbox.civicpdx.org. is there to allow AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) to validate that we own the civicpdx.org zone and the sandbox.civicpdx.org domain. This should be a one-time necessity, so it probably could be deleted, but when these certs need to be renewed next year they'll probably require something similar
_cb1858cb4845a5bd6299c366697a1ec0.service.civicpdx.org. is similarly for ACM to validate ownership of service.civicpdx.org
