What is the "final chapter multiple badges bug" again? There is a case where someone can earn multiple badges, i.e., when they get something like "neighborhood hero" and "earthquake hero" when they finish the final task.

@Dianna see #1211 for the details as described by OMSI. But basically, when you get either the "Neighborhood Hero" or "City Superhero" badge after the last Save Others activity and you get the "Earthquake Hero" badge, the modal showing you earned the badge is displayed, but the badge isn't shown as earned in the journey bar, or in the end of game summary.
