Updated storycard demo

This is a sample implementation showing how context could look more deeply incorporated into a CIVIC Card.

It is not intended to be merged, it's just a demo

• minimal addition of context section
• add math and notebook preview
• update civic card layout for optional context prop
• stub accordian and initial design work
• add hideAuthors to full card layout
• update accordian and sections
