Create an archive branch / tag for the Amazon Linux images, then delete them #121

The Amazon Linux images were created to accomplish some specific tasks associated with the Hack Oregon DevOps wrangling at a time before we had a functioning PostGIS server. They're no longer needed and they aren't generalizable enough to be under continuing maintenance. So the plan is to tag a commit with a release tag, then delete the files associated with them.
