The current AWS environment for Hack Oregon is now considered "staging" as of the 2017-01-28 architectural meeting.

@pdxdiver suggested that we should create a separate VPC in that account - presumably to isolate between "staging" and "production" application environments.

This is done. Its a question of funding more machine instances
