Wireframes for dashboard

Goal: Show how users will interact with the data; what data they can manipulate and how it changes the interface

Examples:

• How does user select particular geographic areas? Can they select multiple areas?
• How does user add time constraints as a filter? (e.g. is there a time-lapse simulation?)
• How does user choose which data to display?

Deliverable: wireframe with layout and user interactions
