Replicate PF&R time metrics #5

As a start to the analytics, we'll want to at least replicate the metrics that PF&R use to measure success on their own. C.f. the Wiki to see a brief rundown of those metrics, and feel free to discuss in here.

I'll also need to confirm with Mark what the various benchmarks are, as it doesn't appear anyone wrote down the specific numbers (please reply with them if you did!).
