Response times
Incident counts
Types of incidents
General information (census, etc.) about the FMA
...
Generally, the new fire head wants to get PF&R more in tune with each FMA's neighborhood and community, and this would hopefully help make that information easy to understand.
This seems like relatively low-hanging fruit, and seems to match the Cards platform (I really need to learn the name of this) pretty well.
