delete my erroneous work on df2a dataframe, export correct dataframe #89

hey @kielejocain, so after going through this notebook again, I realized that I was wrong and that you did merge and clean the dataframe with incident frequencies by 1k people. My apologies for that. I deleted my extraneous/erroneous work and think I'm now exporting the right csv (see cell 26) for import to db.

Confirmed on your fork. For the record, I don't mind whose dataframe get exported as long as the data are correct.
