PF&R expressed interest in an analysis of how resource allocation and service quality fluctuate, both over time and geographically.
E.g. are response times getting longer for such-and-such fire block due to changes in traffic/road conditions?
This could be fairly straightforward, something like a fuzzy map of these variables given a certain date, and then a slider to shift the window being displayed.
Or, could use the map to select a fire block/FMA, and then display a chart of how different variables have evolved there.
Would this be something where we'd want to bring in another source of data to compare against? The "changes in traffic conditions" example would of course need to know how traffic has changed in an FMA. Do we have a good source for that data?
