-switched from curl to wget for readable output -redirected stderr to stdout for wget to prevent consumers from interpreting download text as errors. -set the install path for anaconda to /home/vagrant/anaconda3

I'd like to do more work on this -- things still will not work, as sourcing .bashrc is failing to update the PATH.

Resolved the PATH issues that existed in the vagrant box. Conda should now be functional.
