Improved upon the previous version with iteration ability. Tried to tie in the BubbleChart tooltip for consistency, but unable to reach props without more time or effort. Perhaps someone can. Used the builtin tooltip and applied some simple styling. Can do more on this later. It currently does the second (lessor) request of the designers by showing the year and all services instead of just the one currently hovered over.
