We need a way to display the actual number of people in each category (unsheltered, emergency housing, doubled up, etc.) in addition to the already displayed percentages. There are two ways to go about this from a UX standpoint:
Implement the ability to switch out the description copy for each year AND each category. This will let you simply use the exact copy here:
Implement the ability to display each count alongside (above or below) the percentage number on the actual donut charts. This would require slight adjustments to the copy provided for the "doubled up" descriptions.
The first solution is ideal, although implement whatever is easiest if time is an issue.
