Story line

This was something I had discussed with jack as a hackpack activity but i think it would be a cool challenge since the CTF would be in person. We could put several QR stickers around campus / the building they have the final in each with different challenges and hints. This could start as an OSINT challenge where it leads to a fake twitter or instagram with a photo where the first QR code is. When scanned that can then be a crypto challenge with the next coordinate or forensics with a photo with metadata (location could be the latitude and longitude of the next QR). We would have 3-4 of these and then they get the flag in the last challenge. Some ideas:

• Encrypted coordinates or flag
• IP of a vulnerable raspberry pi
• photo with some sort of metadata

This would limit the ability of non-NCSU students to do it, so we could keep it as bonus challenge for 405 students to do? We could also drop WEP wifi networks with an ESP8266 around campus in notable spots, and let players try to MITM the networks or crack them.
