get-started: Add the alternate-exploits page as an alternative method

It is an alternate method, after all. May as well throw it on the front page (kartdlphax is even on that list.)

If we are to do it this way, the actual alternate-exploits page needs some updates, such as not making it too 11.17 specific in wording.

we probably should've done this when kartdlphax hit but "methods that work on all versions are available, but require additional hardware:" should be reworded accordingly, too
