Smilehax-IIe JPN petitcom_jpn.icn doesn't exist. #2374

I was reading this page when I came across the step "Copy the petitcom .icn for your region to the root of your SD card" I thought it should be changed to "Copy the petitcom_jpn.icn to the root of your SD card" because if you got to that page, your region is Japan anyways. Better not cause confusion. To verify this, I downloaded Smilehax-IIe and went in the JPN folder. No .icn there. There were .icn files in the USA and EUR folder. The instructions included with the zip for USA and EUR said to copy the petitcom.icn, but not the Japanese one. I don't have a Japanese 3DS with SmileBasic, so I can't outright confirm it, but just by looking through the files, I don't think that Smilehax-IIe JPN needs the petitcom.icn file (or even has it).

I'd like somebody to confirm this, and if they can, edit the guide accordingly.
