Image Updates #2375

List of Updates:

  1. petit-compwner image updates
    • Replaces the root layout image for petit-compwner with an image that looks more in line with the guide (it's still Windows 10 instead of Windows 11, however)
    • Adds a border around the image, like what the other images have. (I likely messed this up (I've broken the guide, what, twice now?) so please make sure I actually added the border correctly if you approve this Pull Request)
  2. Replaces the image on the Smilehax-IIe-JPN page with one that matches the guide. (Previous one contained the petitcom.icn file, even though the Japan version does not include said file)
