safety check for dsiware downgrade #533

can you add a note on the dsiware downgrade telling people not to copy/use the a9lh folder from 3ds #1 to/on 3ds #2. there have been about 3 people who have bricked because they did that, and around 5 that did it but got saved because they were on a new 3ds.
