Consider removing FBI Injection entirely #673

For Installing Arm9LoaderHax:

It's possible to use the Homebrew Launcher version of FBI to install the CIA version of it, negating the need for FBI injections into Health & Safety.

There was a big long section of the guide I rewrote, but I forgot that o3DS users will be on 2.1 after the A9LH and Luma 3DS setup, so I need to adjust it accordingly to instruct o3DS users to restore their 9.2 backup after installing A9LH.

temporarily closing this due to an oversight mentioned above I need to reconsider some things, and rewrite more of the section before I reopen this. Either that or I'll submit a pull request.
