I think now guide can be updated for atmosphere.

I have worked on this a fair amount so far, but right now I am quite ill so I will have to wait a few days before I can work any further on it.

I'd be unable to review it for a while, and I also have fairly strict requirements about what changes I'll accept in the guides. Feel free to PR, but it may be rejected.
