New str2hax ip #104

str2hax is moving to a new IP. I've tried to be less dumb this time and use an Elastic IP instead of just whatever Amazon was giving the EC2 instance, so hopefully I can keep the IP when switching instances next time.

I'll keep the old instance up for probably another month or so to give time for people to switch.

Hello, it is good to hear from you. If you could just keep commits to en_US that would be great, otherwise it will cause conflicts with crowdin.
