Fall 2021 Website Updates (review description)

new Discord widgets on homepage for easy display of club announcements
added documentation to [README.md](http://README.md) for consistency, also added documentation to some methods for clarification
board.js update board page with new board members

- Alex Reed (Treasurer)
- Danish Farooq (Commander of Communications)
- Jennings Zhang (Chief of Aquatics)
removed graduated members.js
Changes all image extensions to .png, updated existing profiles with new images on request
Styling changes
- hacks-button - added target styling for link in hacks button for consistency among all buttons (were different colors on homepage before)
- hacks-modal - removed darkMode prop and adjusted styling for modal background and close button now visible!
- hacks-nav - removed !important indicator for style consistency (don't want super overrides)
- _variables.scss - small caps text size is now smaller (less spacing as well)
- converted font size variables to px (idk why I was doing em before but I didn't understand it anyways)
- links for About page and Home page now have consistent coloring and are correctly colored when visited.
