• write up and post google doc for questions to ask TLs in interview - Jenny
  • read TL applications and contribute questions to ask - everyone
• Last year required a write up for each project - we will do this again
  • Will we comp it? – yes, good for future
  • Teams designate a writer – every day have a meeting with organizer to have a writing session
    • Have at least one writer but don’t limit who can go
    • Link to previously published papers (F1000) – do this when we make the github for teams
  • Ask TL from US about travelling to Vancouver - Emre

Hi all, date has been updated to Monday. Apologies for the delay, I've been away for a bit, trying to get everything sorted this week. Let's have it at the BCCRC again? From what I can tell, the downstairs boardroom seems to be empty after 5:00? I can also get a friend to book it for me. Opinions?

Hi all, great meeting yesterday, thanks for the notes @jenjaelin... here's the F1000 article from 2016, interesting metadata about structure of first hackathon, wondering if there was one for 2017? https://f1000research.com/articles/6-197/v2 It would be nice to see how it evolves over time, it could act as a protocol for next generation organizers to learn about the dos and don'ts. I will be available to discuss things here but can only skype for most of July/August.
