• [x] Vote here for weekly meeting times. We can discuss this at the next meeting as well, but we are aiming to have regular meetings from hereon in. Pick a couple preferable dates. The current thought is 6PM @ BCCRC but we can discuss that too

• [ ] Baraa send out reminder email to give heads up mostly undergrads, expect larger teams, stress importance of prep material.

Hey y'all. I need to scram at 5:30 to get a bunch of pre-prep done for a faculty welcome day the next morning. I'll stay as long as I can but would appreciate someone taking over minutes if the meeting runs longer than that.
