hackseq18 applications webpage. #5

Hey gang,

I've put together a rough draft of a webpage for the hackseq18 applications. I thought i'd change it up a bit from the main site look / feel and go retro win95.

Take a look, let me know what you think and if there's any suggestions to improve or bugs on your systems. I haven't gotten the tags (folders) working yet.

I'll need more informative text for the Team Leader and Participant application pages before I link it from the main website.

Whoa! This is awesome!

I gave it a try on my Android, and it is working smoothly, except for the text logo which was wrapped around to fit my screen.

I blame pesky smartphone text widths for the death of ASCII art.

Website is now online https://hackseq.github.io/hs18/

Let me know if you find any typo or anything

Hey Artem,

I noticed that the FAQ links under the sections "I have an idea for a project" (which should link to the team leader application), as well as "Can I still participate without leading a team?" (which should link to the page for joining the mailing list) are broken. Just thought it would be good to check things that should lead to the team lead applications and I found those.
