8th Organizational Meeting #16

Update: Next meeting will be Thu, Aug 29th at 6 pm! Do you guys want it to be at sfu or vpc?

Hey everyone! Here's the doodle poll for next week: https://doodle.com/poll/nt5pgz7kcbkggrmc Please respond by this Thursday latest (hope that's enough prior notice to make room bookings?).

I was also wondering if people wanted this meeting to be at VPC or SFU. If you have a strong preference, please comment below with your location of choice.

Thanks! Ok I'll just open the next issue and set the date to next Thursday. I'm assuming it's 6 pm @bencardoen ?

@scatcher125 I'm not sure, I'm working on the fuzzy heuristic that is my memory, so YMMV. I think it was mentioned @emreerhan would be back so we'd meet at GSC instead. Again, same fuzzy heuristic ... . I'm sure either @baraaorabi or @emreerhan can confirm?

Hi, yes I'm back and I can book the GSC. Is it next Thursday, Sept 12, at 6pm?

Sure, let's make it Thu, 12th Sep at 6 pm. (6 pm has been the most preferred time so far anyway)
