I will be able to attend digitally if anyone is able to skype me in/if anyone else would like to make it a conference call, I can look into that as well.

• Went through email templates for team leaders and made edits
• Polished the application form

• Hosting a design workshop this year, and possibly recruiting people to be designated designers (logos, illustrations, websites); make sure everyone who wants to participate in workshop has access to necessary software

Is it possible to introduce more communication for these meetings? I'd like to attend but I don't receive any notification for new issues, doodles or meeting dates. I'd like to suggest either an internal email to the whole team or tagging @hackseq/hs19_organizers or something when the doodles / events get created. @baraaorabi @scatcher125

Hey! A last minute meeting came up at the lab so I can no longer make it -.-

I added an item to agenda that would be worth talking about. If we can get sponsorship from MLH this year, it would give us a lot more funding and outreach to the global community. I attached the guidelines for the application/events according to their site. We can check off most of their requirements, the only one that I know we don't have is providing overnight accommodations for those traveling from far away, but that might be something to discuss if we can get MLH support? The deadline for submitting the application is 4 months before the day of the event. Lemme know what you think, I'd be happy to write up the application if you guys think it would be beneficial.

Hey! I have also had an urgent last minute meeting come up and won't be able to make it. :( I will also keep a close eye on the posted minutes to see where I can help out! Also, I am still interested in helping out with the participant applications. Does anyone have an idea of a timeline for when we will need to start working on them? I'm guessing not for a little while as we have not yet launched the TL applications and don't know the projects yet? If someone could give me an estimate on that it would be awesome!
