cannot access CellRanger Tutorial PDF (forbidden/permission denied) #47

Dear hackseq,

I tried accessing the tutorial here: http://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/10x.files/code/cellrangerrkit-PBMC-vignette-knitr.pdf

but I get access denied. Is it possible to get access to this file?
