ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch' #206

I have this error, cannot proceed installation. My Python is 3.10 Everything seems to went fine until this one happened:

Did you install the dependencies with the venv activated?

Yes, i did

I don't have enough memory storage though. But everything seem to be went fine in the end of installation. If i reinstall dependencies, will it download only whats needed, or every file once again?
