requirements.txt Problem #350

i get this error

The error message you're seeing indicates that Python's ssl module is not available, which is causing issues when pip tries to connect to HTTPS URLs. This happens when Python is not correctly configured or compiled with SSL support.

I think u can check that with python -c "import ssl; print(ssl.OPENSSL_VERSION)"
