Script has buffer overflow on Face Enhance Video Encoding on frame 190 and then crashes #542

The python fille the RAM to max when using the face enhancer and the crashes. The version a week ago did have this issue. in the command line the face enhancer crashes every time on frame 190 and then fills up the ram and crashes after it´s filled up. Test with several sources and targets. Using Cuda with a RTX 4070Ti and Intel i7 13700K with 32GB Ram

That's weird as I cant replicate it on my rig. Will check on this on other rigs that I have.
