Clean up assets folder and public folder #47

There's a bunch of assets that are in the assets and public folder that aren't used, we could either remove them or just organize them better

There are also some components and pages in public-frontend/src that aren't used anymore, like the old application form in public-frontend/src/views/Apply.vue

I removed the old components and pages in the public site. I kind of cleaned up the assets folder. The biggest threat currently is probably figuring out what's unused in public-frontend/src/styles
