I need to figure out a way to get a more recent version in the Gitpod config.

Brew might be an option. https://www.gitpod.io/blog/brew/

Looks like brew installs version 0.74.2

It looks like I can specify version in the github action. Added in 168df77d9488559f4ad402f6d748f029bfa7b777
