Change Hugo theme over to forked version of archived repo #45

https://github.com/panr/hugo-theme-terminal has been archived. I have created a fork in the organizational repo here: https://github.com/hacktoberfesthowto/hugo-theme-terminal

We should change the submodule in the Hugo site to refer to the fork instead of the original, in case we need to make changes to the theme.

We also want to make sure that the update still loads appropriately when loading the site with Gitpod.
